My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious with great views overlooking the pool area. Although the mini bar was consistently out of order, the overall cleanliness was impressive. The service from the F&B Manager and Front Office Manager, along with Natasha, Sheriff, Kamari, Olesia, and Wade, was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, I wished there were more daytime activities available for guests. The location of the hotel, despite some initial concerns, turned out to be convenient with easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was decent, with a recommendation for more traditional food options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with excellent free WiFi and fantastic air conditioning, but it would benefit from more electrical sockets in the kids' bedroom. The service is top-notch, with a dedicated staff member like Young Omar going above and beyond to assist guests in various ways. The location is ideal for exploring Hurghada and is conveniently close to Senzo Mall. On the downside, the dining options may not always meet expectations, especially for those looking for variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I'm thrilled to share about my recent stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with two queen size beds – one of them was the largest I've ever seen. The only downside was dealing with some mosquitoes. On the bright side, the room also had a sofa and a flat-screen TV, which was awesome.
